The RAKK dac with active output  is intended for anyone needing an excellent digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with extraordinary sound quality, and wanting to incorporate a vacuum tube output stage with a volume control. It supports  both SPDIF and AES/EBU digital inputs, and provides both  balanced and unbalanced outputs.

This DAC uses a RAKK dac together with the active output board and combo input board configured to support the DAC input. You supply your own 50K volume control. The DACT switched attenuator would be a good choice.

Output impedance: 250 Ohms

Frequency response: 10Hz to 20KHz; +0.3dB, -0.5dB
